This is so well written . It addresses we who no longer have living mothers. It reminds us to mother

one another and share compassion and love. That you don't have to be a biological mother

to mother.

You beautifully spoken words resonated deeply with me. I recall the days when all my friends had kids and I was single and alone on Mother's Day, to the first year after my Mom passed away. I always notice on Mothers Day how our girlfriends often send us the most powerful messages. It is indeed a Hallmark holiday, but thank you for identifying despite this fact, the great need us mothers feel on this day and many days. I plan to share this with my girlfriends. xx
