As I sit here on the 23rd anniversary of 9/11, the day after the first debate leading up to the election, I’m experiencing a niggling sense of anxious worry.

I was reminded when I read your beautiful post of something a neighbor used to tell me when I was young...worry's like a rocking chair. It gives you something to do, but it doesn't get you very far.
